Are clinical notes SOAP-structured?
Yes. The clinical notes module supports structured SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) format and free-text entries, with each note linked to a specific appointment or session.
How does certificate generation work?
When a student completes a program or course, BizBrew automatically generates a branded PDF certificate. It can be emailed directly to the client or downloaded from their portal.
Can I use QR codes for class check-in?
Not yet — QR check-in is coming soon. Today you mark attendance from the class or session in the admin.
How do digital intake forms work?
Create intake forms with the fields you need — health questions, medical history, consent declarations. Clients fill them in before their first appointment, and completed forms are stored against their profile.
How does terms & conditions management work?
Terms acceptance tracking is coming soon: you will be able to require clients to accept your terms before booking and keep a timestamped record.
